Q: What are your office hours and where are you located?

A: We are located at 517 Everding Street in Eureka. We are open Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. We close everyday between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm for lunch. We are also closed on major holidays.

Q: Do you take renters with Section 8 Housing?

A: Some of our properties allow Section 8, and some do not. 

Q: Can I pay my rent online?

A: Yes! If you are a current Tenant,  you can pay your rent online using a credit/debit card or a checking account. Just go back to the home page and click the "For Current Tenants" button. (You can also click HERE). To login, you will need the login ID that was emailed to you when you initially became a tenant. If you lost your login ID, or never received the email, please call the office during business hours and we will send the information again. 

Q: Can I pay my rent with a credit card or debit card in your office?

A: Yes! You can now pay with a debit/credit card or direct draft from your checking account at our office (small fee may apply). And remember, you can always pay with cash, check or money order in the office or through the mail.

Q: Can I pay my rent after office hours?

A: Yes, we have a drop-box at our office that can receive your rent payment at any time.

Q: Can I apply for an apartment or home online?

A: Yes. Through RentCafe you can set up a new tenant account and apply for any of our available apartments or homes.Follow the link on the home page or click HERE

Q: Can I drop my application and application fee off in the drop-box?

A: We prefer to receive applications and fees in person or online so we can be sure the application has been filled out completely.

Q: How do I know if I need a co-signer on my rental contract?

A: Co-signer needs are based on rental history, credit, job history and income. Until we evaluate those things, we cannot say definitively if you need a co-signer or not.

Q: Can I reach you after office hours?

A: Yes. I am available anytime by phone at 707-499-0266.

Q: What if I find an apartment online that I want to see?

A: We suggest you drive by the apartment or house. After you have done a drive-by, please call the office and will make arrangements for you to see it.

Q: Do you take partial payments for move-in costs?

A: No, you need to have the full pro-rated rent and deposit amount paid before you move in.
