Q: What are your Office Hours?

A: We are open Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. We close everyday between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm for lunch. We are also closed on major holidays.


Q: Do you take renters with Section 8 Housing?

A: Some of our properties allow Section 8, and some do not. 


Q: Can I pay my rent online?

A: Unfortunately, our website is not set up for that at this time. However, most banks provide a free bill pay service which will mail your rental check every month on time.


Q: Can I pay my rent with a credit card or debit card in your office?

A: No, we are not set up to receive credit/debit payments at this time. However, you can pay with cash, check or money order in the office or through the mail.


Q: Can I pay my rent after office hours?

A: Yes, we have a drop-box at our office that can receive your rent payment at any time.


Q: Can I drop my application and application fee off in the drop-box?

A: We prefer to receive applications and fees in person so we can be sure the application has been filled out completely.


Q: How do I know if I need a co-signer on my rental contract?

A: Co-signer needs are based on rental history, credit, job history and income.


Q: Can I reach you after office hours?

A: Yes. I am available anytime by phone at 707-499-0266.


Q: What if I find an apartment online that I want to see?

A: We suggest you drive by the apartment or house. After you have done a drive-by, please call the office and will make arrangements for you to see it.


Q: Do you take partial payments for move-in costs?

A: No, you need to have the full pro-rated rent and deposit amount paid before you move in.
